4 years I have been getting low rate daily living and motability, I told them I had a change in circumstances and because of that my daughter is now my carer, filled in my form had a telephone consult

In theory the PIP Case Manager but it’s based on the results of 3 columns of categorised evidence you can either complete the activity reliable or not and if not what evidence supports that

I had my pip assessment over the phone 2 weeks ago. I called Friday to have a copy of the telephone assessment, but they said they hadn't received it back to DWP yet? is this normal?
