Yes! 🤬A couple weeks ago, a McFlurry was showing $7.19 (WTH?) in the app, then an hour or two later, it was $5.99. Same town, same location. They must be using surge pricing which should be illegal.

It depends which McDonald’s you place your order at. Not every McDonald’s has the same prices, so you may have one location’s prices in your app & see different prices at a different location !

It's likely you had a different location pulled up on your app. The app is linked directly to the store's server. It's unlikely the prices would be different - unless the specific location did that

If I remember correctly, someone else had stated that the app adjusts its prices to each consumer. So you’d see one price but Timmy would get another price.

were you near a different McDonald's, because the app pulls up the closest McDonalds or the one you have favorites. so if you go to a different location the price might change, change your location

mcdonalds by my work. all fountain drinks $1.49. in app for same the large is $2.59, medium 1.99, small $1.29
