@yogisgym: #gym ive been thete ive done it all, my reps, short reste, static holds, high volume, drop sets like 50 tier drop sets lateral raises, 20 forced reps on hack squats, partials till i couldnt move they do nothing for tou sure you maxamize intensity but also fatigue
