I can never be 100% comfortable. Sitting, standing and lying down don’t matter, I will always be in some form of discomfort. I have only been truly comfortable three times in my life.

Sometimes I get an extremely sharp pain in my ribs. Like I can’t hardly even breathe bc it hurts so badly. Not always the same stop and no obvious cause. It goes away after a few minutes.

i used to have exploding head syndrome but for some reason it just stopped. it was the craziest thing it took me forever to get to sleep because of it
