I still have the notes, and now I'm watching it roll out in front of me. I'm freaking blown away. You still need a harness, you still need memory, and you still need to know how to plug it all together. That's the skill gap, and that's where the money is. People will pay a hundred thousand dollars for a truly agentic setup, and I'm going to be on the front edge building the best ones out there.
