@cathrynlaurawood: These taste AMAZING 😍 115g butter, softened 110g caster sugar 1 egg 1tsp vanilla 225g plain/all purpose flour 50g white chocolate chips 100g butter 200g icing sugar 1 dessert spoon sized scoop of Pistachio Cream White chocolate chopped in a large bowl combine the butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. add the flour, egg and vanilla and mix until a dough starts to form. add in the chocolate chips, shape into 8 balls weighing around 65g and place in the freezer for 30 mins. Heat the oven to 150°C and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. leave to cool.
