Makes 6 Boats Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp ranch seasoning 1 tsp fresh lemon juice ⅓ cup Franks Red Hot 2 cups rotisserie chicken 3 large zucchini 1 cup shredded cheddar -Preheat oven to 375F -In a large bowl mix together yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and Franks Red Hot then fold in the rotisserie chicken and set aside. -Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds as shown.
