I’ve been using tiger balm extra strength for years! Especially for tension migraines around my shoulders, forehead and temples. It’s strong but works amazing! Be careful with it in your face though

Tiger Balm is bomb! I use tiger balm for my migraines! I put it below my hairline on my forehead to my temple and back of my neck. Behind my ears too!

I’ve been using tiger balm since I was a kid. My mom’s Filipino and her mom used to use it on my mom and my mom used it on me. 🥰🥰🥰 I also but it on my forehead and temples for my headache.

same girl.. have you checked to see if you have endometriosis? i do and it literally makes me not be able to function the first 3/4 days of my period. I need to try the tiger balm
