@charlescalvino: Vietnamese spring/summer rolls(whichever you prefer) gỏi cuốn. Start by folding in the corners. Lift the bottom and fold over. Make sure that you’re putting just enough pressure. Do not roll your spring roll too tight it may cause the ingredients to puncture/rip the rice paper. Some like it with pork slices or you can just put shrimp I like both, but that's totally up to you.
