Another question for this video is do plate brushes not exist where they at? Bc when I played baseball and the plate looked like that or anything similar they called time to brush it off (pitchers can’t see the plate)

Kinda curious what the runner is supposed to do with the guy blocking his path. If they go too far out it’s an out and the throw looks like it was just getting to the fielder when runner made contact

Fielder did not have the ball and was in the runners path to get to the base. Runner is safe at second. If not a fielder would just stand in front of a runner every time and guarantee the out 😂😂

It does not look like malicious contact. the runner did not lower his shoulder. It didn't like he pushed off. That should be obstruction. It is umpire judgement at that point. The other Ump was closer

should be interference if he didn’t have the ball so the runner has to run through them if blocking the baseline. That’s why there was collisions at home in the MLB as well

if they don't have the ball and are blocking the base path how do you get around them? if they have the ball can you avoid the tag if they're body blocking the baseline like a run to home?

So the call at second is close and could honestly go either way. The thing that I’m trying to figure out is why the FIELD ump is calling foul ball on the first bunt? That’s the home umps call!
