I tried to get tested for pots, but they couldn't diagnose me with it, even though I am AuDHD. it's been getting worse over the last few years, no matter how much activity I do daily.

I have had many of these symptoms for years. Never realized needing my legs up was a sign as well. Do you have heat hypersensitivity? When I am overheated my heart rate goes up and I feel dizzy.

I'm in the UK and when I suggested POTS, I just got told, well there's no treatment for that so we'll send you for a heart ultrasound. Got fobbed off

Not just POTS, but anything under dysautonomia umbrella. I have Vasovagal syncope, alot of the same triggers but different body respo se.

I brought this up to my doctor, and he had me monitor my blood pressure for a while and since it tends to be low he didn't think we need to look into POTS. Is that true or should I insist?
