Mexican sour cream is different from american sour cream! Doesn’t traditionally go on a lot of foods, maybe just like flautas and tostadas, depends 😁

never lived in Mex, but live on the border crossing over & traveling in Mex all my life. crema Mexicana is quite different than sour cream = it pours, it's sweeter, and I feel it has > fat content
