Note to victims: apply for FOI and ask for all emails between police about the case. The FOI don’t know the particulars, so (as was the case for me), they are likely to give you the needed proof

I know a cop who use to work on the Gold Coast. he would bust someone for anything under 1/4 💨. he would rip it up and throw it down the drain. he said it's not worth ruining someone's career over.
