@realchriscrond: I got to this protest of Doris Marie Porter long after the fighting with police ended. I didn't even know about it happening till I saw some of the videos. After I saw them I knew I would have likely been arrested if I was there when this was happening. Police just told me firmly, "it's time to leave" and I decided to leave in front of all the traffic FINALLY being allowed through. Sooo probably best I wasn't there cause I feel like I might be arrested over a long weekend. I posted so many videos about how dangerous it is when cars illegally pass here, yet does the Winnipeg police set a good example? Or are they maybe the problem? Don't get me started on how they drive through these areas at 100kph at night with no sirens through residential areas and through red lights. They have no regard for anyone who lives in these areas. And from the videos I saw from the start of the protest with the police, they aren't ashamed of showing it.
why wouldn't you ride on the sidewalk/pedestrian corridor when on the bridge? not that it was okay for the cop/traffic to pass but come on, choose the safe route

It's fate I showed up to this event and it's fate I came after the fighting with the cops ended. The cops have lost it.
