The way I look at it is it’s much easier to eat a few hundred less calories than to burn a few hundred more, he’s still wrong in saying exercise is ineffective, just slightly less efficient

I think people do think they burn more calories than they actually do though. personally, I've stuck to excercise 5 days a week most weeks for ten years because I've invested in the other benefits
