@happydoggoniall: A new arrival who is going to need a lot of love and good food. On Saturday Niall and Sybille rescued this little boy… 🔒 He was on a very short chain 😡 Told he was aggressive 🏝️ Were told his owners had left the island and left him tied up and he was sick with some unspecified illness He was about as thin as you can get while still being alive. After a cautious approach we figured out he certainly wasn’t aggressive. 🧑🏽‍⚕️ After a trip to the vets to get all his tests done we found out they was absolutely nothing wrong with him illness wise 🥘 The poor dog was just absolutely starving. We’ve never seen a dog try to eat as much as fast as he has. We have to slow him down as it can be dangerous to feed a dog too much in this state. 🏎️ We decided to call him Lando after @landonorris because the F1 was on after we rescued him He is now safely tucked up in a bed getting 4-5 small meals a day and lots of love. He has been sleeping for 12-14 hours at a time as his body is exhausted. The chain is off though and he will bulk up quickly we hope.
