that has been my journey as well. have wanted to quit so many times but I tried the Boobie body organic protein shake. it's for lactating mothers. it increase my pumping from 10 ml to 2 oz. sometimes I get 3 oz and sometimes 1.5 it still not much but much more than it used to be. just sharing to help others in the same boat. my baby is 2 months now
