I have epilepsy, When I seizure, I am literally unconscious, my body may look awake and I hallucinate, but I am unconscious and I don't wake for AT LEAST 24 hours, normally 48+. I am also told, that my pupils go BIGGER than the colours of my eyes, and I sound like a demon is trying to come out of me. her pupils NEVER change. When I am finally awake, I can hallucinate for days after. it's like being haunted, a horrendous feeling. She is NOT having seizures. This is honestly breaking my heart as my epilepsy is ruining my life, I've lost years of memory, can't hold any new memories, my kids have seen me seize and are traumatised, as is my husband and parents. (I am newly diagnosed, I have epilepsy caused by sepsis survival, 8% of sepsis survivors contract epilepsy) I'm still new to it and I still know more than her. This is so so damaging to our community!
