I wish I would‘ve been able to stand up and take care of myself like that the first days 😳 I had to have a c-section and I couldn’t stand up for more than 5mins for 2 weeks

How? Just how do you manage? On day one of my postpartum, i was unable to do anything. My entire body was sore to the point where i was even unable to get on the bed without help from my husband.
