From my experience gaming is just like sports.. if you keep your body and mind healthy you can play at a high level for a long time.. the commitment to devoting hours and hours to the game is the biggest obstacle..learning maps, spawns, routes/timing, nade spots, etc takes time... however, reaction time and skill stay with you *if you take care of yourself. #gaming #fyp #foryou #training #bodymindspirit
