If the correct staff are employed, there would be no need for external third party service providers, problem is friends and family are employed and they don't add value to the departments

My online application was sitting with the assessor for a 10 months, call centre not helpful either. Then you are being told by a local office that their cap payment is so much but according to their calculation formula you should be getting more. This department is failing South Africans.
