Reverse at my table. Not even the rolling taking that long on the fighter turn. They just never plan ahead in level 20 combat so we always have to wait for techniques or abilities.

Honestly the fighter classes take longer sometimes because they have multiple actions. I just cast fireball and call it a day 💀

My entire party is Martial Classes. No healer, no caster. Its a comp of Ranger, Champion fighter, Battlemaster fighter and Echo Knight. They all rush whilst i provide fire support.
