Mix the butter and sugar, milk and buttermilk.Mix well together. 2. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. 3. Mix the cocoa powder and desiccated coconut dry with buttermilk/butter mixture till well mixed. 4. Add the salt, xanthan gum and half of the flour. Mix well and add the rest of the flour and mix well. 5. Add the dough into a greased baking tray. The dough is tough, make it smooth with a scraper. Use a fork to give the dough a rough appearance. 6. Bake in pre-heated oven @ 180C for 35 min. 7. Cool down and cut into fingers, dry at 70C for about 7-8 hours.
