when I get massages I go to my underwear. it's not ad effective with a full outfit on. clothes prevent full contact, in my opinion

I keep my underwear on but I’ll wear a smaller style. I tired naked once and it made me too “self aware” of my nudity lol I couldn’t relax

I’ve always been told to take off as much as I’m comfortable with. I’ve always just gotten naked knowing I’ll be covered anyways and not laying on the table full blown autopsy style 😂
