If you have Capital One, they don’t actually report to the Bereaus until 3 days after the closing date so wait before spending.

so, I'll admit, I wasn't buying the whole each cards utilization makes a difference (because the credit report just lumps it into one total), but let me tell you, when I evened them out, up 41 points!

If an account is closed, does the utilization still matter I have an account that I closed so I could get on a 0% interest rate but I didn’t know if that counts as utilization.
