At my old job I called out sick and manager showed up at my house to do a "wellness" check kept calling me since my gate was locked demanded I open up and let them see me. They got suspended for this.

This actually happened to a woman in the UK. Her boss showed up at her house and her roommate let him in (he of course didn’t know that she called out) and he went upstairs to “pick her up for work”
