@oscarins_kitchen: It’s finally September 🦌 Here is the recipe to my favorite camping ready to go dish “Ceviche De Camaron” Ingredients: 2lbs Raw Shrimp (21/25ct) 1cup Jalapeños 8 - 10 limes 4 Lemons 2tsp Salt 4 cups Cucumbers 4 cups Tomatoes 1 cup Red Onion 3/4 cup Cilantro 1lbs Imitation Crab Meat Salt to Taste Chop your shrimp to about 1/2 inch dice. For example, out of 1 shrimp I’ll get about 5 - 6 pieces. Add to a medium sized bowl along with your chopped jalapeños, the juice of all the limes, lemons, and a your salt. Cover with plastic wrap and let them marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 1hr or until shrimp turn completely white and orange. Hand shred the imitation crab. In a large bowl chop and add all your remaining ingredients including the imitation crab. Once the shrimp is ready mix all together and taste for salte. Serve on your favorite tostado. I like adding Mayo, Ketchup, Tapatío, Avocado, Tajin and Enjoy!
