this! I don't think it's that Miami people are hotter--it's just a specific type (which honestly isn't my type). a NY 10 might be Miami 2, but a Miami 10 might also be a NY 2

Totally agree! The way you talk about NY is how I feel living in Paris. It feels like it’s a much more mysterious formula to be considered “cool” or “beautiful” here (and I’ve given up trying to)

I moved from Boston to NYC to Miami. But I’m in my 40s and honestly not phased by it. I will say it’s so much more about physical fitness here and I do find that quite inspiring. Healthy is beautiful.

I look at all the beauty like walking artwork but I’ve nvr been jealous bc it takes a lot of procedures to look/act/upkeep. Plus it’s nvr been my own personal beauty standard
