Exactly. Where did the rest go? 😂 I do my own they waste a lot of burger at the butcher. Or keep it to sell I’m not sure.

Just a tip as a processor you get on average 40% of your feild dressed weight back in meat also depends how well it was gutted and if you blow through both shoulders your gonna lose quite a bit

I used to cut deer at 2 different places. People at each place would tell me what a good job I did and how the other processor steals meat lol. There aren't any processors stealing meat.
