TD Bank had a class action lawsuit bc they would rearrange your transactions so largest to smallest drafted vs spend order You could spend $5 at coffee shop, $10 at gas station, (1)

you people are aware you can opt out of overdraft protection right? like it should be opt in rather than opt out and that's a bit scummy but other than that getting overdrafted is a skill issue

one time I had to send them money from another account and wait for them to accept it. it was pending for 3 days. and they gave me my other overdraft fee AN HOUR BEFORE ACCEPTING MY PAYMENT

Years ago they did this to me for only .10 cents I closed my account, went to a Credit Union; haven’t had any issues.
