Don’t ever pay it all the way off. At least leave a $1 balance. But do always keep the overall balance under 28% of the total available credit.

NO! BAD! Pay off the full balance every month or do not have any credit cards. If you’re worried about APR should use a debit card

If you’re young, pay it off when you get a balance and use it for gas. Or use it when you’re not comfortable using a debit card (especially online).
