This is not saying you deserve it, that you manifest it, or that you actually desired bad things to happen to you  - but the truth is, in order for us to get what we want, We can’t hold space for what we don’t want.   Sometimes the nightmare thing happening is our nervous system feeling relieved because now we don’t have to have anxiety about it happening anymore.  👉Here’s how to solve it: We always say prepare for the worst..and then we continuously think about the worst things and prepare for them. So what we’ve done is made our nervous system calm when it comes to chaos, anxiety or depressing things. Now we need to do the opposite and start imagining scenarios happening better than we ever could’ve imagined.  Think about every kind of scenario that could be better than you possibly imagined; chances are it’s going to make you uncomfortable. That’s your first sign there is a subconscious manifestation for the opposite. Your dreams should make you feel safe, not your fears.  You now need practice the positive manifestions until they are more expected than the bad.
