@fatimahomran: Part 1- Cancer story with a side of chocolate cake Recipe below 2 cups plain flour 1 cup caster sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2tsp baking powder 2tsp bicarbonate soda 1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup veggie oil (I use grapeseed) 1.5 cups full cream milk 5 large eggs 2tsp instant coffee mixed with 2tbsp boiling water Method In a large bowl combine flour, sugars, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, cocoa powder. Whisk well Add oil, milk, eggs, and coffee. Beat for 2 min then pour in to prepared cake tin Bake in preheated oven 160 degrees Celsius for 1 hour (or until skewer comes out clean) Leave in cake tin for 10min before flipping in to a rack and allow to cool completely before drizzling with choc ganache or choc frosting. #fatimahomran #chocolatecake #cancerstory

My mother was sent home with antibiotics and then she passed away that week. Please never ever stop and push for answers never take a drs advice on going home and resting 😭💜
