Can you explain? Interests rates are higher than it’s been in the past few years. It should be coming down which means repayment wil be less. Also, rent will go up between 5-10 % yearly.

Bought house for R750k, bond amount registered R700k, all in, no registration costs etc. paying R7150 to bond, (30 years) levies R290, rates & taxes 900, tenants pay w&e.rent is R7k

🙆🏾♂️Apologies, it was bought from developer (no transfer costs). LTV=100%. Int Rate & term are correct. No deposit. Levies+rates =2.5k. Water+Effluent=700. Electricity is correct.
