Eventually, I figured out HOW to do it and with WHAT and stripping paint has never been easier (or SAFER)! With the right tools, temps and timing, the old paint comes right off, leaving only that gorgeous wood grain, and with no toxic chemicals or fumes. STEPS (DM me if you need links and discount code) 1. Brush on GreenEZ stripper 2. Now that it’s hot, I do a scratch test after 5-10 minutes. In mild temps, test after 30-45 min. 3. I scrape the flat surfaces with stripping shovel 4. Spray with finish cleaner and remove residue with 0000 steel wool 5. Dip 0000 steel wool in soapy water and wipe clean 6.
