All our ingredients are 100% certified Halal, and we use traditional Indian sugar, Vellam, made from raw sugar cane juice to enhance the tea's aroma. Brewing instructions: 1. Place the Chella Teh Tarik tea bag in a cup. 2. Pour 300ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag. 3. Allow the tea bag to brew for a good 4 minutes. 4. Remove the tea bag. 5. Add in the 2 tablespoons of milk powder and 1 and a half tablespoons of Vellam sugar for medium sweetness. 6. [OPTIONAL] Pour the mixture back and forth repeatedly between two vessels from a height to create a thick frothy top. This process of "pulling" or "tarik" cools the tea to optimal drinking temperature. 7.
