I think it’s also about making peace with death as health anxiety is mainly fear of dying. It’s not living if you’re living in a constant state of fear, it’s a waste of precious life.

It's so, so hard. I had a doctor tell me in March my heart was pristine... But now it's like ok that was in March. What about now :(

Had really bad health anxiety with my anxiety.heart palpitations and dizziness were my worst symptoms had every test under sun but was still convinced it was my heart.but just had to face my demons1/2

I have had a echocardiogram and millions of ecgs all came back fine but I still worry that I have a problem. Things like a racing heart or shortness of breath triggers my anxiety

I’ve done 3 CT scans 2 with contrast 1 W/O and in my head I still have some type of abdominal cancer 😢

I went to the ER 2 times and they checked everything and the ecg they did were so good the one Doctor said „never seen such a good ecg“…but the physical sensations are crazy sometimes 🙁
