I have a horrible fear of needles like I have full on panic attacks when I’m about to get a shot, however I would never make MY FEAR somebody else’s issue especially if it’s because of a medical issue

OK yall phobias are awful. co worker probably didn't know anything about how testing works and thought his requests weren't crazy. after HR it sounds like they had a compromise. it was still too much

nta at all. you have a disability that's life or death & James has a phobia, phobias are not fun but they won't necessarily kill u. bathrooms are unsanitary af for that too so nta, go to HR

If he’s scared of blood is he scared of red paint? And also if I was op I wouldn’t care it’s his issue to deal with I’m not delaying my possible death or health issues because of a scared person
