3d scans are terrible for games assets, very difficult to use, takes similar amount of time to reference photographs

assasins creeds models do have a history of being more accurate than any other depicted, for example its thw most detailed digital recreation of it in the medival period

game assets tend to be 30-50% larger than real life counterparts, especially in 3rd person games, but Ubi's *reference* photos could be of use.
