For those that don't know about compound lifts. These are compound lifts and they are phenomenal for muscle gain. Compound lifts hit multiple muscle groups, and a deadlift hits 14 muscle groups.

I did 40 sets today back and biceps I am an advocate of high volume medium intensity lots of controlled movements with pauses and stretches this method is not for a beginner but ideally the next step
