Subdermal water retention is a real side effect from creatine. Speaking as someone who gets it. It usually only occurs in the loading phase for me tho. After that I’m good.

Yeah never saw much of a difference in muscular volume. However my muscle endurance went way up. Went from 7/8 reps at 225 bench, to 12/13 in a matter of a month or two
