What ACTUALLY cleared my skin🤭(explanations⬇️) ⭐️ DAILY JUICES Juices such as turmeric & ginger are SO anti-inflammatory (an essential), acne is an inflammatory condition so it prevents & treats it! ⭐️ CYCLE SYNCING There are 4 menstrual cycle phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory & luteal.  Cycle syncing supports your hormones by adjusting your lifestyle in each phase of your cycle! ⭐️ SKIN BARRIER A strong skin barrier prevents bacteria from entering the skin and causing more breakouts! Make sure not to exfoliate more than 3x a week or you risk damaging the barrier! ⭐️ NON PORE CLOGGING MAKEUP People with acne-prone skin usually have “hyper retention keratosis” (pores are extra prone to getting clogged)! Anti inflammatory foods: turmeric, ginger, celery, cinnamon, foods high in omega 3 (salmon, nuts), dark leafy greens. I always ensure I’m getting my greens in with the @freesoul greens - ensures I stay on top of my gut & hormonal health at ALL TIMES - even when travelling (code lifewithmils)⭐️ ⭐️ SKIN CYCLING  Skin cycling is a 3 day skincare routine. On day 1 you exfoliate, on day 2 you use a retinoid & day 3 is hydration (if you are new to skin cycling you would also have a 4th day of hydration). You repeat this schedule continuously!
