something that really helps is playing sudoku, remembering phone numbers and also crosswords/word games. these things strengthen memory 💕💕 plus nuts & seeds daily

I found going back to work full time so challenging and had to step down form a senior role and it’s been much better.. it’s been 6yrs 🙈 finally feel like my brains back to normal & now what if I have another one 😂

taught through pregnancy, same day as an emergency c section. but day i came home, i felt daft. couldn't explain newton's laws to save my life!!! baby brain is real!!
