At this point the deposit isn’t even worth all the effort. I just take an L and move on especially if you have lived there awhile. Plus for me they always take part of it even if it’s spotless.

Not hate but a tip for anyone else with “renter friendly” stick on anything: there’s a certain way to remove them, you can’t rip them off like a Band-Aid, thats what causes the damage
