Is it even possible to shoot down an F-22? I know with manual systems it might be possible (guns,flak,etc.). But is anything really capable of taking them out with how stealthy they are?

This is what I don't understand. we're developing NGAD, we need airframes, and the raptor will be sunset in the "Near" future. Why not put this money into new 35 airframes?
