Having friends who work with ICAC I can tell you that there’s known that gets circulated and that’s tracked and then there’s unknown (new) people make money off of it like they do selling other things

The problem is Telegram can’t really be “wire tapped” like other platforms, also PhotoDNA only works if it’s an image, or means have to be used for videos.

alot of it is being distributed in chat room and different servers that the FBI aren't or Can't moderate activity. like Snapchat this means that from what the FBI knows is very little.
