Citizen review boards are dumb AF. Name another profession that is reviewed by civilians with no training or experience in the profession. Doctors are reviewed by doctors. Lawyers. Barbers. Etc.

I firmly believe review boards should only be investigated by unaffiliated LEOs and maybe sprinkle in equally-unaffiliated County/Criminal attorneys. Civilians shouldnt oversee police reviews
