I have psoriasis and my advice is leave it alone because it makes it worse. The more you mess with it the itchy it feels.

I use cradle cap cream on my scales and if helps so much in removing them without hurting my scalp

I use to have really bad scalp psoriasis. now I just have some sort of psoriasis on my face the forms between my eyebrows and around my nostrils. It isn't too bad though. I've seen worse than mine
