I grew up using a glasstop. I didn't realize "you aren't supposed to" can on a glass top until I wanted to get a stove that would specifically fit my giant waterbath canner. Still bought a glasstop.

I have a hard time regulating the pressure canner on the glass top stove. Any advice? I’ve been using the burner on the left and using the smaller ring for the heat. Not sure if that’s the right thing
