This is why launch pads are always as far south as possible. Its cheaper to launch at the equator because of the initial velocity boost you get

Technically I guess you would “feel” it in the difference of daylight, temperature, etc. In other words, YES, there are HUGE differences in daily life in relation to the equator.

Okay but say you could instantly teleport from somewhere on the equator to one of the poles... wouldn't you notice that you're a little lighter on the equator due to the Centripetal force??
